As part of their learning, our KG-1 children were given the choice to pick a topic on people who contribute to our nation, our homes, and our lives. With this thought, Ms. Anaya Gadgil chose to make an Army Base Camp Model with her parents.
Her parents took great interest in the project, working closely with Anaya through collaboration,
coordination, and creativity. Together, they planned, shared ideas, and built watch towers, tanks,
helipads, bunkers, and soldiers on duty.
While making the model at home, Anaya learned the value of teamwork, discipline, patience, and
imagination. She also developed fine motor skills while cutting, pasting, and arranging different parts.
Most importantly, she experienced the joy of working hand-in-hand with her parents, turning the
project into a memory of learning and bonding.
This effort became not just a model, but a loving tribute to the Indian Army and a lesson in respect forthose who protect us.
