Ideal International School, remains committed in helping every learner trudge their own path into the threshold of the future. In pursuit of the same, the school organized a workshop on Stream Selection and Career Counseling for the students and parents of Class X.
Resource Person emphasized on the fact that education is just not the harbinger for sustenance but it is also about pursuing the true essence of one’s life.
The motto of the workshop was to help the students make informed decision. The session covered various facets of career choice and its determining factors such as aptitude and interest, availability of opportunity and inherent potential.
Honorable Director Sir Awadesh K. Tiwari also apprised the parents about the subjects offered by the school and answered queries posed by the parents. It was indeed an enriching experience, particularly to those who were still indecisive in deciding their streams and careers.
To travel without a passport is to travel through reading and its learning. Ideal International school celebrated the 50th statehood day with the help of our ever so fervent students. A virtual visit to the land of gems fascinated the students to explore and know more about it. Baffled to see the land being surrounded by nine hills with an oval shaped valley at the center, a natural made Jewel. The blossoming agriculture and forestry, and trade and cottage industries were spoken about. Our young learners devotedly watched the rare endangered Sangai or the brow-antlered deer and rare flora which are also the state animal of Manipur. They also enjoyed the role play and dance of this beautiful state .Understanding the striking past in the valiant defense and amazing modification to the present “Gateway to the East”.
In coordination with EBSB Ideal International school with the teamwork and gusto of its budding preservationist took part in the swachata pledge. The students took observance of their nearby surrounding and made sure it was spic and span throughout the cleanliness drive with complete dedication thus vouchsafing that they will lifelong bifurcate the waste and utilise the correct litterbins made principally for the same. They have also tried to take this pledge in the regional language of paired state also for making the feel of EBSB alive.

In a recent Current Affair Webinar the young minds gained knowledge about this renewable, versatile and eco-friendly source of energy. With almost zero emission and an ability to reduce carbon footprints with vast applications in future energy required endeavours and enterprises. The session bolstered the Idealites in enhancing their critical thinking skill and intelligence quotient.

It is paradoxical that many educators and parents still differentiate between a time for learning and a time for play without seeing the vital connection between them. The webinar for parents and kids was focused on the objective that play gives children a chance to practice what they are learning. Children learn as they play and learn how to learn. Play is fundamentally important for learning 21st century skills, such as problem solving, collaboration, and creativity. We must provide children with the opportunity of open-ended play with family and friends. This is where fine motor, gross motor, visual perceptual, cognitive, social, emotional, and self-regulation skills can all be developed and nurtured.

The school virtually celebrated the 58th Statehood day of our Paired State Nagaland. Our school’s EBSB coordinator along with our young idealities explored the magical beauty of majestic mountains and lush greenery of Nagaland. The students were enthralled to see the colourful and vibrant culture of this ethnic state. They enjoyed exploring, inquiring and understood the contribution of Naga culture towards India’s glorious History. Our kids are now ever more keen to attend the Hornbill festival in person which celebrates the traditional values of 16 Naga tribes.
